At Meeshara, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the process for order cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read it carefully to understand your rights and options.

1. Order Cancellations

a. Before Shipment

• Cancellation Timeframe: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 4–5 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, we may have already processed and shipped your order.

b. After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return it according to our return policy below.

2. Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 1–2 days of receipt.
• Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at Sales@Meeshara.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Customers must send the return parcel themselves. After we receive and inspect the item, the refund amount will be credited.

3. Refund Policy

a. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

b. Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

c. Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items returned with signs of wear or damage).

Note: Orders are typically delivered within 6–7 days. If there is any inconvenience caused by the delivery service, we are not responsible.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. A promo code may be provided for future use within a limited timeframe.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Sales@Meeshara.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including return shipping costs.
