Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Exchange & Return Policy 

  • Eligibility: You can exchange for size or replace your outfit within 2 days of receiving your order. Items must be marked as eligible for the same. 
  • Reverse Pickup: We offer a reverse pickup service from your shipping address. In case it’s not available for some pin codes the client will have to self-ship it.
  • Not Eligible: Products on Sale  are not eligible for return or store credit.
  • Product AvailabilityIn case the size requested/product requested is out of stock, a credit voucher will be issued, valid for 30 days.

Exchange & Return Process

  1. Request: Contact us via email at sales@meeshara.com or phone/WhatsApp at +91-9726165543 to start the process.
  2. Pickup: We will arrange a pickup from your address within 48 hours.
  3. Packaging: Please reuse the original packaging.
  4. Condition: Ensure items are in their original condition, with labels and tags intact, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  5. Refunds : If return and refund is approved approved, you’ll be automatically credited on your original payment method within 7 business days.

Refund Policy

  • Store Credit: Returns which are accepted can be claimed as store credit minus the shipping charges (to & fro), which is valid for 30 days.
  • Fee: The exchanges will incur a non-refundable shipping fee of Rs 250.
  • Exclusions: Shipping fees  are non-refundable.

Sale or Discount Policy

  • Size Exchanges Only: Discounted items are eligible for size exchange for a fee of Rs 300 provided the size is available.
  • No Returns: We cannot accept returns on discounted or sale items, including those purchased with promotional codes.

Missing or Damaged Items

  • Report: If an item is missing or damaged, please report it within 2 days of receiving your parcel.
  • Proof: Send us box opening video & photographs of the item and the delivery package.
  • Resolution: Our customer care team will investigate and provide a resolution.

Cancellation Policy

  • Timing: You can cancel your order within 12 hours for a store credit.
  • After 12 Hours: We are unable to process cancellations after this time.
  • Prepaid Orders are not eligible for cancellation.

All Ordinaree & Urbanstree orders are not eligible for exchange or return.

All Lehenga's and Sarees are not eligible for return or exchange. It is made to order basis only. 

International orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
